Mr. C.K. Kwong, JP attended as an appointed arbitrator and prominent GBA legal professional. He participated as one of the key representatives connecting the legal and business sectors of Mainland China and Hong Kong to help forge consensus on regional dispute resolution. Holding dual appointments as an arbitrator for both the SCIA (Shenzhen) and SCIAHK (Hong Kong), his presence supported the strategic "Two Cities, Two Centers" framework promoted at the reception to help Chinese enterprises "go global".
