Mr. Kwong leads a team which filed Hong Kong's very first registered design, standard and short-term patent applications when Hong Kong's new patent and registered design laws just became effective. Mr. Kwong caused Hong Kong’s first plant variety rights registration to be obtained.

Our senior partner Mr. C.K. Kwong is an International Past President of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), a broad based professional organization established 50 years ago with over 2,600 seasoned intellectual property practitioners and members from 26 jurisdictions.

Mr. C.K. Kwong was appointed Justice of the Peace (JP) by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2008 in recognition of his contributions to community services and particularly in promoting intellectual property rights.
