With Hong Kong being an international commercial and financial centre, we provide notarial service to the public for preparing documents for the use abroad and witnessing their execution after identities of the signatories have been verified. These documents include but are not limited to documents for use in international business transactions, agreements, property assignments and mortgages. Our notary can also authenticate and certify commercial and business documents such as Memorandum and Articles of Association of companies as well as personal documents and information for immigration/emigration, marriage, adoption, succession or other purposes. Our notarial service enables our clients’ documents to be verified and used throughout the world and relied on by the parties that they are properly signed by the correct persons in Hong Kong or are full and correct copies of the original Hong Kong documents, which can thereby be trusted by others further in Hong Kong or overseas.

In order to meet the requirements of different jurisdictions, we also arrange for issuance of apostilles of notarised documents by the High Court of Hong Kong and legalisation of documents by the relevant consulates as circumstances require.
