C.K. Kwong

Mr C.K. Kwong is qualified to practise law in 5 jurisdictions including Hong Kong, Greater Bay Area, Australia (Victoria*), England* and Singapore* [*: non-practising jurisdictions]. He is also a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb London) and Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb-Past President), a World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) appointed Neutral, Centre for Efficient Dispute Resolution (CEDR) Accredited Mediator and a Notary Public. He is empaneled by arbitrations and mediation institutions in China, Hong Kong, Switzerland (World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)), Asia and Africa (AALCO – Asia Africa Legal Consultative Organisation Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre). Due to his contributions to the protection of Intellectual Property, Mr. Kwong was appointed by the Hong Kong Government as Justice of the Peace.
